Welcome to PrepteraPets™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PrepteraPets website, digital products, waitlist, forms, communications, and any related services offered by PrepteraPets LLC (“PrepteraPets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, purchasing a product, joining our waitlist, submitting a form, or accessing any PrepteraPets content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products and Services

PrepteraPets provides educational pet-care tools, digital downloads, planning resources, waitlist access, feedback forms, and information about the upcoming PrepteraPets app.

Our current digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pet food safety guides
  • Meal and care planners
  • Pet-care starter kits
  • Professional pet-care client trackers
  • Printable and fillable PDF resources

PrepteraPets is also developing a mobile app designed to help pet parents and pet professionals organize pet profiles, care routines, reminders, health notes, behavior notes, trainer notes, community activity, and AI-supported educational guidance.

3. Educational Use Only

PrepteraPets content is provided for educational, organizational, and informational purposes only.

PrepteraPets does not provide veterinary services, veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment, medical advice, emergency care, or professional nutrition plans.

Our content and app features are designed to help users organize pet-care information and prepare for conversations with qualified professionals. They are not a substitute for veterinary care.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified pet-care professional regarding your pet’s health, diet, medications, allergies, symptoms, behavior concerns, pregnancy, chronic illness, weight issues, digestive problems, injuries, or emergency situations.

If your pet may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact a veterinarian, emergency veterinary clinic, or appropriate animal-care professional immediately.

4. Digital Products

Digital products sold on our website are delivered electronically. After purchase, you may receive access by email, download link, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, or other filtered mail areas.

If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, contact us at support@prepterapets.com.

5. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase or download a PrepteraPets digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal use or internal business use, depending on the type of product purchased.

You may not:

  • Resell the product
  • Redistribute the product
  • Upload the product for public download
  • Claim the product as your own
  • Modify and sell the product
  • Share paid files publicly
  • Use PrepteraPets branding, logo, or trademarks without permission

Professional pet-care businesses may use purchased professional trackers internally for their own client organization, but they may not resell or redistribute the templates as standalone products.

6. Accounts, Waitlists, and Forms

You may be asked to provide your name, email address, pet-related information, business information, feedback, or other details when joining a waitlist, submitting a form, applying for tester access, purchasing a product, or contacting us.

You agree to provide accurate information and not submit false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized information.

7. Feedback, Reviews, and Testimonials

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, ratings, or testimonials, you give PrepteraPets permission to review and use that feedback to improve our products and services.

We will not publish your full personal details without permission. If you choose to allow us to use your feedback as a testimonial, we may display your first name, general user type, and feedback content unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to submit content that is false, abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.

8. Upcoming App Features

Any app features shown, described, previewed, or promoted before launch may be subject to change. Screenshots, feature descriptions, pricing, founding offers, app availability, and timelines may be updated as development continues.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee app access by a specific date.

9. Payments

Payments for digital products or subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers, app stores, or ecommerce platforms. We do not control the payment processor’s systems, policies, or security practices.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges when you make a purchase.

10. Subscriptions and Founding Offers

PrepteraPets may offer free plans, paid plans, founding member offers, trainer plans, trials, promotional access, complimentary access, or other subscription options.

Subscription pricing, plan names, features, and availability may change over time. Founding offers may be limited by time, number of users, eligibility, or launch period.

If subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling may be controlled by the respective app store policies.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing any product or subscription.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with website security or functionality
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse our content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious files or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Violate the rights of PrepteraPets or others

13. Intellectual Property

All PrepteraPets names, logos, graphics, product names, designs, written content, digital files, website content, app concepts, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to PrepteraPets LLC.

You may not use PrepteraPets intellectual property without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may use third-party platforms for payments, email delivery, analytics, forms, marketing, hosting, app stores, or other business operations.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of third-party services.

15. No Guarantees

PrepteraPets aims to provide useful educational and organizational tools, but we do not guarantee specific results, health outcomes, training outcomes, business outcomes, app availability dates, or uninterrupted service.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepteraPets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, app, content, or services.

Your use of PrepteraPets materials is at your own discretion and risk.
